Refund policy

Return Process To start the return process, simply send us an email at sales@essencebloom.com and we will send you all additional information. You can return items within 30 days from the date you received the order without any reason, after that, we won't accept returns anymore. Make sure that the items are still unused and in their original packaging and with all the tags attached. Send them to us using a reliable courier, so that they won't get damaged or lost on the way. Keep in mind that you are responsible to cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds After we receive your return, we will inspect it and let you know via email. You will be refunded the original amount to the same payment method you used to pay for your order. Please be patient, as this refund process might take up to 10 days. Good news - we don't charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges We are happy to facilitate exchanges. Just send an email at sales@essencebloom.com and we will guide you through the process. Bear in mind that same rules apply for exchanges as for returns.

Order Cancellation If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately atsales@essencebloom.com Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled, and a return would need to be initiated instead.

Damaged or Wrong Items Whilst we do our best, sometimes you may receive a damaged or wrong items. We sincerely apologize for it, but we are not perfect. Just send us an email at sales@essencebloom.com and we will sort it out for you.
